Chardham Yatra Package 2025 Itinerary

Morning (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM): After a hearty breakfast in Haridwar, we begin our journey towards Barkot. Enjoy the scenic drive along the Yamuna River, passing through picturesque towns and valleys. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Lunch break en route at a comfortable restaurant. Evening (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Arrive in Barkot, a charming town nestled in the foothills. Check into your pre-booked accommodation. Evening (7:00 PM onwards): Relax and acclimatize to the altitude. Dinner and overnight stay in Barkot.

Morning (7:00 AM): After an early breakfast, we drive to Janki Chatti (approx. 45 km). From here, you'll have the option to trek (approx. 6 km uphill and downhill) or hire a pony/palki to reach the Yamunotri temple, the origin of the sacred Yamuna River. Late Morning (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Offer prayers at the Yamunotri temple and witness the hot springs at Janki Chatti. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Begin your trek/ride back to Janki Chatti. Lunch will be arranged here. Evening (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Drive back to Barkot for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay.

Morning (8:00 AM): After breakfast, we proceed towards Uttarkashi (approx. 85 km), a significant town with ancient temples and ashrams. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): En route, we can visit the Prakateshwar Cave, a naturally formed Shiva lingam. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Evening (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Arrive in Uttarkashi and check into your accommodation. You can visit the Vishwanath Temple, one of the oldest Shiva temples in the region. Evening (7:00 PM onwards): Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Morning (7:00 AM): After an early breakfast, we drive to Gangotri (approx. 100 km), the origin of the holy River Ganges. The scenic drive passes through breathtaking gorges and pine forests. Late Morning (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Offer prayers at the Gangotri temple. You can also witness the Bhagirathi River flowing with its pristine waters. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Enjoy lunch near Gangotri. Evening (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Drive back to Uttarkashi for a relaxed evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Morning (7:00 AM): After breakfast, we begin our long but scenic journey towards Guptkashi or Sitapur (approx. 220 km), the base camps for the Kedarnath Yatra. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Lunch break en route. Evening (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Arrive at Guptkashi/Sitapur and check into your hotel. This leg of the journey involves significant travel through mountainous terrain. Dinner and overnight stay.

Morning (6:00 AM): After an early start, we drive to Sonprayag (for Sitapur) or directly to Guptkashi (if staying there). From Sonprayag, you will take a local jeep to Gaurikund (approx. 5 km). Morning (7:00 AM onwards): From Gaurikund, begin your trek (approx. 16 km uphill) to Kedarnath. You can also opt for pony or palki services. The trek offers stunning views of the Himalayas. Afternoon (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Arrive at Kedarnath and check into your accommodation (arrangements will be basic due to the high altitude). Offer prayers at the revered Kedarnath Temple. Evening: Attend the evening Aarti (prayer ceremony). Dinner and overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Morning (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM): After offering morning prayers, begin your trek downhill to Gaurikund. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): After reaching Gaurikund, take a local jeep back to Sonprayag or drive back to Guptkashi/Sitapur. Evening: Relax at your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Morning (8:00 AM): After breakfast, we proceed towards Badrinath (approx. 220 km), another significant leg of the journey through picturesque landscapes. En route, we'll pass through Joshimath, a town of religious and strategic importance. Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Lunch break en route. Evening (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Arrive in Badrinath and check into your hotel. In the evening, you can witness the evening Aarti at the Badrinath Temple. Evening (7:00 PM onwards): Dinner and overnight stay in Badrinath

Morning (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM): Participate in the morning prayers and rituals at the Badrinath Temple. You can also visit Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Indo-China border (optional, depending on time and interest). Late Morning (10:00 AM): After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Haridwar (approx. 320 km). Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Lunch break en route. Evening (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Arrive in Haridwar, marking the end of your Chardham Yatra.
