Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Banzaara Vacations Pvt Ltd, trading as Banzaara Travels. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand the terms regarding bookings and cancellations:

1. Non-Refundable Payments:
   • Once a partial payment (50% or more) is made and booking confirmation is received from a resort or hotel, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Credit Note Issuance:
   • If you cancel your booking more than 45 days before the trip date, we will issue a credit note for 100% of the amount paid.
   • A credit note for 30% of the amount paid will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the trip date.
   • No refunds or credit will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the trip date.
3. Booking Confirmation and Vouchers:
   • Customers must allow a minimum of 24 hours to receive booking confirmation and vouchers.
   • Booking vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy as per your preference.
4. Specific Non-refundable Services:
   • Payments for Jeep, Canter, and Elephant Safaris are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Room Allocation for Three Persons:
   • In case of three persons, one room with one extra mattress will be provided.
6. Changes in Charges:
   • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari charges will be communicated via mail or phone prior to the traveling date.
7. Seasonal Bookings:
   • Bookings for a day visit to CTR during the rainy season (1st June to 14th November) are provisional and can be canceled at short notice due to weather conditions, with no refund available.
8. Forest Lodge Bookings:
   • If you book any Forest Lodge (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela Lodge), please note that these bookings are non-refundable.
9. Safari Booking Issues:
   • In the unlikely event that your safari is not booked due to technical errors or non-availability of seats, we will refund the entire amount to your designated bank account.
10. Peak Season Bookings:
    • During peak seasons, including weekends, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, separate cancellation policies apply for hotel/Forest Lodge bookings and will be advised as necessary.
11. Liabilities and Limitations:
    • We are not liable for any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges after tour/service cost finalization. Any such increases will be charged as extra.
12. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events:
    • We are not liable for refunds or compensation in events of force majeure, strikes, festivals, adverse weather conditions, overbooking, or closures that impact your plans. We will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
13. Jurisdiction:
    • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
