This Zone’s only Forest Rest House is called Jhirna Forest Rest House and consists of 2 double bedrooms. So if you love peace and privacy this zone is the best one to stay. Sloth bears and wild elephants are abundant in this zone and can be seen all year round. If you are lucky, you can also see tigers here.
The special feature of this zone is that it is open all year round (depending on weather conditions). The terrain of the Jhirna region consists of deciduous and secondary forest grasslands. This zone has open grasslands and is relatively short compared to other zones, giving good visibility for wildlife and tigers.
